Are you looking for a new recipes for your Herbalife products? I love making Herbalife pancakes, who knew that you could lose weight eating pancakes! These are seriously delicious. Super filling and hits the spot. I love making these for my kids or when I want to eat my shake on the go.
What you need:
- 4 scoops Herbalife Formula 1 Healthy Meal Nutritional Shake Mix (any flavor)
- 4 scoops Protein Drink Mix (PDM) or Personalized Protein Powder (PPP)
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup water
- dash cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and spoon into mini cupcake or regular cupcake pan, as you would muffins.
- Bake in the preheated oven until pancake is brown on the edges and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 10 to 14 minutes
I love to top mine with peanut butter and honey.
