This recipe helps you burn 80-100 calories, gives you energy, boost your metabolism AND it taste amazing!!!
Hot Apple Cider Recipe
What you need:
- ½ teaspoon of Herbal Tea Concentrate (Chai Flavor)
- Active Fiber Complex (Apple Flavor)
- Hot Water
How to make:
- Fill a coffee cup with hot water (I use my Keurig)
- Add in tea, fiber complex and cinnamon, stir.
