- 1/3 cup water (you can use more water if batter it too thick)
- 2 large eggs
- A dash of cinnamon
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine 2 scoops of Herbalife Formula 1 Healthy Meal Nutritional Shake Mix (you can choose your favorite flavor) and 2 scoops of Protein Drink Mix (PDM).
- Add 1/3 cup of water to the mix.
- Incorporate 2 large eggs into the mixture.
