Hot Apple Cider Recipe (That Helps You Lose Weight)

I am so excited to share this next recipe with you! This is one of my favorites to drink on a cold morning. Hot Apple Cider Recipe (That Helps You Lose Weight)… yeah you read that RIGHT!!!!

This recipe helps you burn 80-100 calories, gives you energy, boost your metabolism AND it taste amazing!!!

Hot Apple Cider Recipe

What you need:

  • ½ teaspoon of Herbal Tea Concentrate (Chai Flavor)
  • Active Fiber Complex (Apple Flavor)
  • Hot Water
  • Cinnamon

How to make:

  • Fill a coffee cup with hot water (I use my Keurig)
  • Add in tea, fiber complex and cinnamon, stir.
  • Enjoy
