For some reason hearing “spring cleaning” will make even the strongest of men shriek of terror. It might be because spring cleaning your house from top to bottom is a huge task in itself. Here are 4 Simple Ways To Spring Clean Your Home.
However, spring is here and that means it’s the season of cleaning. Season of dusting off what we haven’t used in a while and bringing new life to it. We are putting the winter stuff away and preparing for warmer weather.
The arsenal of cleaning supplies you’ll need for your spring cleaning utility belt offers you a rare moment to choose eco-conscious products that will effectively clean your home and help preserve the environment.
Simple Ways To Spring Clean Your Home
I have put together a list to help lighten the load. So, breathe easy… I promise it won’t be that hard as long as you implement these additions to your spring cleaning routine.
First on the list?
Create a spring cleaning schedule
You don’t need to be superwomen and spring clean your house in one day… Yea, I said it! Go room by room and deep clean it. You can do it over a weeks’ time or you can do it over a course of few weeks. Get the whole family involved and give everyone a simple task they can easily complete.
Minimize
It’s time to get rid of what you don’t need anymore. Clean out your closet, go through the pantry/fridge and throw away what has expired.
Minimize clutter to maximize space.
A big component of the spring cleaning blues is having to part with the clutter you’ve become accustomed to. But, by keeping all that clutter you are not making room for what’s new.
Make Lists
When you list anything and everything, it’s easier to see what is needed to be done. It makes everything easier, plus I like crossing things off my list #likeaboss … am I right? When considering which cleaning products to enlist on your war against dirt, it’s important to consider what exactly is inside the bottle. Some conventional products utilize ingredients that can be harsh on humans, animals and even harsher on the environment.
Instead, use clean living products that help remove the toxins from your home and gets the job done way better than the chemical alternative. It begins with their clean label approach to product development. They have made a conscious choice to eliminate unnecessary and potentially harmful ingredients commonly found in conventional formulations.
